Chase came into rescue with a broken leg and then had to wait for over two years to get his chance at a Home. Unfortunately, his new owner became worried about his vision and Chase has been sent back to the Rescue. We adore him and are committed to helping him find his real Forever Family!

Welcome, Chase!

Poor Chase has been returned by his new adopter after about 4 months at his new home due to concerns she was having about his eyesight. He is going to see Dr. Shiffrin (Veterinary Ophthalmologist) on Wednesday afternoon so that we can determine what, if any, visual deficits he may have.

In the meantime, Chase is a delightful house guest. He is amazingly gentle for such a big boy, and he is very eager to learn and extremely smart. We showed him exactly one time where his crate was and where he goes to the back yard and he was a pro. He is SO TOLERANT of all the puppies swarming him, and although he is interested in the cats, he hasn't attempted to chase them at all.

This is a really good boy, and we sure help that there is a Happy Ending for him afterall!
